As a Program Manager III, you will lead and oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with the organization's strategic goals. You will provide strategic direction, coordination, and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Program Strategy and Planning: Develop program strategies and roadmaps that align with the organization's objectives and long-term vision. Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Project Oversight and Coordination: Provide overall program leadership, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their alignment with the program's objectives. Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including executive leadership, project managers, team members, and external partners, to ensure clear communication and alignment with program objectives. Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on program progress. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and issues at both the program and project levels and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on program goals. Facilitate timely resolution of issues, making critical decisions and providing guidance to project teams. Resource Management: Allocate and manage program resources, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives and timelines. Optimize resource utilization and allocation across projects within the program. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor program and project performance, tracking progress against defined objectives. Prepare and present regular program status reports and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices across all projects within the program, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Five (5) to Seven (7) years proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a related leadership role on a Cyber/Software/Technical contract. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and financial/budget management. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are a plus. A Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective program management. They provide leadership, coordination, and strategic guidance, ensuring that projects within the program align with the organization's vision and objectives.
