Pay Range: $68 - $73/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to oversee the integrated timelines and milestones of the Microsoft 365 (M365) Program, which comprises multiple interdependent projects with accelerating schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Master Project Plan for the overall M365 Program, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
- Monitor and track key milestones and deliverables across multiple M365 projects.
- Attend and actively participate in all relevant project meetings to remain informed of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Deliver weekly leadership updates through meetings and professional-grade presentations (PowerPoint).
- Utilize Microsoft CoPilot for transcribing meeting notes and enhancing documentation efficiency (Note: This refers specifically to CoPilot's transcription functionality and not its development features).
