Program Manager - Cyber/Offensive Operations Portfolio Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: CACI is looking for an experience Program Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of our Aberdeen Proving Ground Software Open Architecture Development Team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and performance for our team of software/electrical engineers, logistician, and Information Security Administrators as they conduct research and development into Open Architecture solutions for hardware and software Frameworks/Standards in support of the C5ISR Center. Responsibilities: Provide program execution and performance management by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of contract deliverables; establish performance metrics, track key milestones, and manage risks to ensure program objectives are met. Provide regular briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership on program status and challenges. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within program operations. Mitigate risks by implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategies. Lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight. Manage program resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules in order to meet organizational goals. On-Contract Growth Help the Army define and implement CMOSS/MORA standards and solutions for the intelligence community Qualifications: Required: Minimum 8 Years of Program Management Experience Experience leading full systems development life cycle (hardware and software), strategic planning, and management of complex development efforts to satisfy design objectives Experience identifying and mitigating risks Experience independently managing program financials (to include funding tracking, burn-out dates, procurement spending, etc.) Bachelor Degree Familiarity with C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) based development program(s) TS/SCI Clearance Desired: Insert 3-5 bullet points here Master's Degree
Familiar with integrating, implementing, and testing of RF, PNT, SW, SBC OPEN VPX cards on CMOSS platform
Experience as a financial/budget analyst
Ability to attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high performing staff
