Position: Program Manager III - In-Building/Venue Solutions in Overland Park, KS
Location: 100% Onsite

Our Access Network Development (A.N.D.) team is seeking a Program Manager III to lead and oversee the national In-building/Venue program. The ideal candidate is experienced in large-scale network deployments, particularly in-building and DAS solutions, and is highly skilled in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making using tools like Magenta Built and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
You'll serve as the central point of contact for the program-responsible for planning, coordinating, presenting, executing, and monitoring in-building initiatives across National, Regional, and Market levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and track milestone progress for in-building network deployments.
- Host and lead project calls, take accurate and actionable notes.
- Drive project action items to resolution and completion.
- Collaborate with ACS Regional Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure consistency across processes, reporting, data integrity, and vendor management.
- Utilize Magenta Built and AI tools for project planning and decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Coordinate across Technology, Procurement, and Sales teams for successful deployments.
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- Onsite availability (100%)
- 5+ years of relevant project/program management experience
- Proficiency with Magenta Built
- Experience with in-building solutions (DAS/venue deployments)
- Strong background in managing large-scale network deployment projects
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing national network programs and venue build-outs
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity and reporting
- Experience in vendor qualification, contract management, and pricing
