The PSA Strat Ops team provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Product Incentives team on PSA StratOps is responsible for leading, launching, and landing effective Incentives for GCS to drive customer success. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, launching, and landing scalable strategy deployment for product incentives. This gives you the autonomy to lead operational strategy deployment end-to-end in these programs in a way that drives optimal impact by re-imagining all aspects of the business and managing existing operations. You will lead the design, planning, and implementation of Incentives in collaboration with multiple teams in GCS. You will have an opportunity to provide business-critical insights on the current performance of Incentives to PSA leadership.
Responsibilities: - Support key initiatives within the deployment of Incentives globally for GCS programs.
- Develop advocacy for initiatives by building strong networks of cross-functional peers and leaders.
- Drive existing Incentives initiatives through ongoing analysis and project management.
- Develop a consistent governance and communications strategy for incentives across X-fn stakeholders.
- Provide reporting insight into global performance across regions.
- Launch and land changes to sellers at scale by creating and adapting sales communications and training with empathy and care.
Mandatory Skills/Experience/Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project/program manager.
- Previous experience in an analytical role at a strategy consulting firm, sales, product, or strategy and operations team at a technology, media, or consumer goods company.
- Experience leading operational initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Must have strong communication and program management skills.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: - Experience working with sales organizations and best practices (e.g., structure, incentives, tools, etc.).
- Deep knowledge and passion for the Digital/Traditional Media/AdTech landscape.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills in all formats.
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and use problem-solving techniques to drive solutions for complex problems.
- Strong track record of successfully managing operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Extremely well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
- Unfazed in situations of conflict and ability to move large groups forward in a structured manner towards driving shared goals.

Pay Details: $73.00 to $97.00 per hour
