About This Role

This role is part of the BIGO LIVE Family Team. "Family" refers to different groups of communities

on BIGO LIVE. They aim to foster connections amongst in-app users and strengthen the

community power of each group. Families participate in virtual events together, creating a

collective identity in-app.

The Program Manager is responsible for building relationships with BIGO's most important family

groups and leveraging those relationships to improve family engagement on the platform. He/she

will be a self-starter and adaptable to frequent change. He/she will be a natural problem solver

and ready to think creatively about big challenges and present actionable solutions. He/she will

also be naturally collaborative with a proven track record of working successfully across teams.


Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with our top families and their leaders

Leverage relationships to improve user engagement, experience, and growth

Synthesize the sentiments and recommendations of families into actionable changes to

processes

Identify new and high-potential families and grow them into productive members of the BIGO

ecosystem

Collaborate with the Event Activation team to improve and create new experiences for

families

Analyze data of family activities, broadcasters, and composition to provide insights to

management; leverage these insights to drive the business forward


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree above

3+ years in account management, customer success or marketing related experiences

Self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks

Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization

Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to

synthesize information to highlight key insights; Effective in team cross-collaboration

Ability to connect and build trusting relationships with users; leveraging insights to improve

business operations

Experience with data analysis and reporting; Ability to make data driven decisions highly

preferred

Proficient in Excel and Google sheets

Experience with SQL & R a plus
