Job Description


Only qualified Program Manager - Cyber Security candidates located near Dallas, TX, to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.


Skills & Abilities:


1. Display strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


2. Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.


3. Lead and manage multiple technical cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget


4. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.


5. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.


Role:


Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies.


Responsibilities:



• End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.



• Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.



• Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.



• Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.



• Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.
