Required Qualification: Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL). Proven experience in audit management, risk assessments, and vulnerability mitigation. Expertise in vendor management (Microsoft, Proofpoint, SaaS providers) and SLA/KPI enforcement. Strong background in incident management, root cause analysis, and playbook development. Experience with budget planning and financial oversight for IT services. Excellent leadership skills to drive accountability across technical teams. 8+ years of experience in messaging/collaboration technologies (Microsoft Exchange, M365, Proofpoint, Zoom). Job Responsibilities: Lead audits, compliance checks, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards (NIST, ISO 27001). Oversee disaster recovery (DR) testing, penetration testing, and risk assessments. Maintain security policies and enforce vulnerability management protocols. Manage major incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking. Develop and maintain incident playbooks for efficient service restoration. Monitor Microsoft Message Center for critical updates/actions. Manage vendor relationships (Microsoft, Proofpoint, HCL/Wipro) to ensure SLA/KPI compliance. Drive continuous service improvements and cost optimization. Oversee budget planning and financial reporting for messaging services. Conduct monthly business reviews with stakeholders on performance metrics. Implement service optimization initiatives and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational controls.
