NewGen is seeking a Program Management Support specialist with the following background. Job Responsibilities / Position Duties: Develop and prepare facility projects documentation to support the USSF bases and operating locations to include initial programming documents (DD1391s), cost estimates, preliminary design concepts, and coordination for timely project execution.

• Develop Courses of Actions through use of analytical tools, supporting facts, and estimates, to provide recommendations on strategic basing actions. Coordinate, consolidate, and develop project programming documents (DD 1391s, cost estimates, Basis of Estimates, vector checks in the Comprehensive Planning Platform and other supporting documents) for O&M projects at USSF operating locations following DAFIs, policies, UFCs, and procedures as well as provide analysis and recommendations as needed.
• Review, analyze, develop, coordinate, staff, and track project approval request packages on Higher Headquarters Project Authorization Tool and Emergent Requirement Request sharepoints, to include analysis of reasonable project requirements, execution method and alternatives, and cost estimates.

• Support the planning, assessments, and development of USSF FSRM projects and collaborate across the DAF and with other DoD agencies to support program efforts and mission requirements, including the review of planning charette reports and comparative analyses.

• Assist installations in completion of project validation documentation to support AFCAMP build and MILCON IPL tool upload. Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with a broad knowledge of DAF and DOD corporate processes, USSF/S4 strategic partnerships include OSD, HAF, SAF/IE, AF/A4C, AFIMSC, AFCEC.

• Facilities project execution and oversight experience in DoD
• Specific experience with developing Class 5 estimates. Desired Skills:

• Headquarters experience with staffing approval packages for facility requirements.

• Civil Engineer experience in the US Air Force or US Space Force highly desired.
