location: 1 John Fitch Way, Trenton NJ (3 days Onsite/ week)
Rate: $38.58/hr on W2 (Without benefits)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
lunch period (Unpaid):30 Minutes
Dress Code: Business Casual
remote 2 days and in the office 3 days
Parking: Parking lot adjacent to building

Must have skills, education, and/or experience: Minimum of two years of experience involving contract/grant work. The ability to pay attention to detail is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with a team and independently. Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams. Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Organizational and multitasking skills.

7. Job Duties Provide technical assistance to grantee holders in areas of their contract, grant preparation, monitoring and evaluation of their program areas. Provide recommendations for contract/grant approval to supervisory staff, such as billing and best practices. In charge of grantee fiscal administration, budget review and approval, grantee reimbursement and ensuring all program quantitative data is updated and accurate. Overseeing program areas and coming up with ways to expand services.
