Data Call Support
Additional Management Analyst Functions: Perform administrative and analytical duties focused around personnel and manpower management as well as general administration
Conduct analysis on personnel and manpower management
Propose changes in organizational structure and processes
Evaluate pertinent factual and statistical data by applying analytical techniques and methods
Determine manpower requirements by tracking statistics for each department
Initiate and review requests for manpower requirement changes, respond to issues and studies involved in analysis of manpower quality and quantity
Assist with the development of personnel procedures and regulations
Work with management to obtain input on current and projected scheduling of various operations and anticipate overall staffing needs Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
Minimum Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations, research analysis or financial cost analysis
Advance Microsoft Excell Skills
Three (3) years experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
