Job Title: Program Integrity Analyst
Reports To: Program Director
Job Overview: The Program Integrity Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on the efficiency and effectiveness of department, teams, and individuals The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to monitor performance metrics, conduct data-driven analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Evaluation: Analyze staff performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Gather data from various sources, develop reports, and create dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Training & Development Support: Work with HR and management to identify staff training needs based on performance trends and help develop training programs aimed at boosting overall performance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate communication between teams, departments, and leadership to ensure alignment on performance improvement goals and to foster a culture of continuous development.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Continuously monitor KPIs for staff and departmental performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Use data-driven analysis to identify root causes of performance issues and design innovative solutions to resolve them.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that performance improvement initiatives are compliant with organizational policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Confidential Information Handling: Manage and safeguard sensitive and confidential information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal confidentiality policies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within programs, develop mitigation strategies, and implement process improvements to maintain program integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in Section 8 or housing administration may be considered.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or program administration, preferably within the public housing or Section 8 programs.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or other relevant software).
- Experience with housing management software (e.g., Yardi, Tenmast, or other HUD-related systems).
- Familiarity with HUD's Section 8 Housing regulations and requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide meaningful insights. Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and analysis to diverse audiences.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs, or affordable housing.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP).
- Experience working with government entities, housing authorities, or non-profit organizations.
- Knowledge of housing assistance software systems and database management.
- Process Improvement: Knowledge of industry-specific performance metrics and benchmarking.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with performance management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
