Position summary
The Program D irector, Strategic Account Program, is the main point of contact for the programs of our Strategic Accounts across the Drug Product network of Thermo Fisher's Pharma Services Group (PSG). Provides a spectacular customer experiences through outstanding program management, end-to-end oversight, pro-active resolutions, and cross-functional operations. Serves as the liaison between the Site Program & Project Management Office (PPMO), Site GMs, Quality Project Lead (QPL), Strategic Account Relationship Director and the client.

Qualifications
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share point, MS Project)
Excellent Program Management skills
Experience with drug products preferred.
Experience with client management preferred.
Equivalency
Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
