What You'll Do:
As a Program Director , you'll oversee the internal operations of the CLASS waiver program and ensure that clients receive the services they need with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program
- Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload
- Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards
- Supporting and collaborating with office staff
- Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director
- Traveling for client visits and community activities
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
- 2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required)
- Case management experience (preferred)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
