The Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics to support our defense and intel customers' mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. The Multi-domain Solutions Division (MDS) within the Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join a new cyber security program and play a key role in supporting government-critical systems. You will be part of a program that oversees development, integration, delivery, and operations and maintenance of IT managed security services, which encompasses support to monitor the cybersecurity threat and security posture situational awareness for the enterprise. This opportunity is in anticipation of a future contract award. What you'll be doing: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the program.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure smooth program operations, and help drive successful outcomes by supporting all aspects of program delivery.
Assist in the development and execution of program plans, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and resources are well defined.
Act as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Organize and manage program schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently and effectively.
Monitor the progress of programs, track milestones, and generate regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring that objectives are being met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Coordinate the allocation of resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, ensuring that all program needs are met.
Identify potential risks and challenges to program success, and work with relevant parties to develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in evaluating program effectiveness, gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of programs.
Support budget tracking and financial reporting for programs, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and financial targets.
Maintain accurate records of program activities, schedules, correspondence, and other relevant documentation. What does Leidos need from me? Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required. Must be U.S. Citizen.
Requires a high school diploma and five plus years of prior relevant experience. Favorable if you have: Experience working with a DoD customer.
Certification or training in project management is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional teams to achieve program goals. Original Posting: April 10, 2025

Pay Range: Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
