ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Job Duties:
- Facilitates routine client updates via email and Teams/Zoom calls with clients and internal staff.
- Prior to each call: sends calendar invites, ensures appropriate parties are available, provides agendas, gathers updated information from available software and study directors.
- During/following each call: takes meeting minutes, ensures follow-up on action items.
- Gathers study update information from directors, team leads and study directors to provide email and SharePoint updates to clients at regular intervals that vary by client.
- Interacts closely with commercial team, operations staff and identified clients to understand goals, objectives and timelines of clients and operations, and ensure routine communication and monitoring of projects.
- Provides project oversight and acts as client advocate to monitor deadlines and keep all parties well informed of project status.
- Uses internal software/tools to monitor test substance, study progress, and deadlines.
- Helps to address client questions, concerns, and comments.
- Assists in the preparation of management updates to provide feedback and ongoing monitoring of out-of-scope and scope creep, project status, operational issues, and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for coordinating test materials for identified programs/studies.
- Occasionally assist sales team in the preparation of quotations and change orders in CRM.
- Performs other related duties as required and directed.

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
(Any equivalent combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience)
- Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or other directly related field and a minimum of two (2) years of industry experience including at least six (6) months of experience in managing projects.
A combination of advanced degrees and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
In rare cases, comparable demonstrated competence and experience in the relevant area may be used to substitute in whole or in part for the Bachelor's degree.
- Specialized Knowledge, Skills, or Training:
Competency in multiple Eurofins Agroscience service lines. Ability to present information in a professional and persuasive manner. Competence with tools and methods for project management. Project management or facilitation experience. Leadership skills, analytical abilities, and effective project management skills.
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency, sampling theory, and factor analysis. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
Able to identify existing and potential problems in both technical and non-technical settings. Is able to problem solve across multiple levels of organizations, recognizing often competing needs. Identifies root causes of problems and addresses them to avoid future issues. Gathers data from a variety of sources, establishes facts, draws conscientious conclusions, and proposes solutions.
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of CRM is highly desirable.
Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of this position.
Minimal commercial travel with overnight stays.
- English Language and Language Skills:
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English. Written documentation is legible and sufficiently fluent (in English) to be understood by others.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret publications and regulations. Ability to write complex reports, correspondence, speeches, and articles for publication. Ability to analyze data and report on metrics. Ability to effectively present information to top management, clients, customers, public groups, and various functions of the company.
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Easton, MD and Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply. Compensation range: $55,000-65,000.
