JOBPURPOSE The Program Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Chamber's Leadership Foundation programming team, ensuring smooth execution of program development and initiatives. This support role will work across the department to coordinate day-to-day operations and support program delivery.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS Program Support & Administration
- Coordinate program logistics including venue arrangements, catering, materials preparation, and technical setup for both in-person and virtual sessions
- Manage participant registration in Blackthorne and Salesforce ensuring accuracy
- Process and track program applications, maintaining confidential participant information
- Prepare and distribute program materials, handouts, and digital resources
- Assist in coordinating and confirming speaker schedules and managing day chair arrangements
- Provide AV support for flawless execution
Communications & Participant Relations - Serve as primary point of contact for program participants, responding to inquiries and requests
- Maintain regular communication with speakers, coaches, and program partners
- Create and distribute program communications, including schedules, updates, and reminders
- Assist in maintaining alumni database and communications
- Liaise with marketing, communications and events team for all social media and marketing support for program promotion
Administrative Support - Assist in budget tracking and expense reconciliation
- Maintain organized program files and documentation
- Support the collection and compilation of program feedback and evaluations
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Coordinate volunteer engagement and tracking
Event Support - Support events team with content, updates and tactical administrative support up to an on the event day.
- Provide on-site support specific to liaise for a great member and attendee experience
- Assist the events registration and check-in processes
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of program coordination or administrative experience
- Pro-business beliefs that are generally aligned with those of the Denver Chamber of Commerce
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in program development, education, in private, public or nonprofit sector
- Knowledge of key business initiatives, community development and civic engagement
- Experience with the support and execution of program delivery
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

WORKINGCONDITIONS Business office environment with professional work attire required in the office and for attendance of all programs, events and/or department meetings. Must be able to travel efficiently to off-site meeting locations throughout the city if required.
This individual will need to work outside the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
to help staff events. These off-hour occasions are typically planned and known in advance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Physical requirements of the job include sitting at a desk (70% of the time); lifting up to 30 pounds may be required to perform the job duties.
