Advertising/Posting Title Program Coordinator
Posting Summary
Provide program support, logistical coordination, and program implementation in collaboration with program managers. Maintain project management schedule. Disseminate information to specific teams, audiences, and supervisor. Provide documentation and recordkeeping for onsite and online logistical coordination for courses and programs. Follow up with faculty/instructors regarding program set up and logistics. Create, update, and maintain documents. Collaborate to coordinate marketing and outreach efforts on website, onsite, on campus, or other media outlets. Review web pages, make minor edits online, and submit updates. Maintain and prepare enrollment reports. Communicate with students/participants enrolled in programs to assist with program logistics. Supervision received from Lead Project Manager.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in related field and one to three years related experience required to include experience in program coordination, logistics, data reporting and analysis. Detail-oriented and effective organizational and coordination skills required. Effective interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills required. Competency with project management, Microsoft, database, CRM and learning management systems software and use of online technologies required. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively in team environment required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience working with students and faculty in academic program coordination and administration in higher education setting desired. Knowledge of higher education philosophy, governance, structure and culture desired. Familiarity with FERPA and student confidentiality policies desired. Experience with project management software.
Anticipated Pay Range $22/hour to $24/hour

Special Conditions External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Bargaining unit position, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
