The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick (EMNB) is comprised of eight student facing and administrative units: Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and the One Stop Student Services Center, as well as business, information technology, and analytics administrative teams. The division employs over 120+ full-time staff and an additional 200+ student employees to fulfill

The Office of the Registrar serves as the custodian of student academic records. Through personalized, high-quality service, the office maintains accurate and confidential student records, supports registration, transcripts and verifications, posting of grades and degrees, changes in residency, registration calendars, name and address changes, and awarding of diplomas, all while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. It provides and maintains essential processes and responds to inquiries with confidentiality and integrity for students, faculty, and
administrators.

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Office of the Registrar at The Division of Enrollment Management (EMNB).
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Performs diversified clerical duties.
- Maintains department files and upload files to Perceptive content and/or shared drive as needed.
- Provides assistance as it relates to transcripts, verifications, grading and registration.
- Answers phones and assists with Salesforce emails as needed.
- Checks and responds to Rutgers emails as received.

Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Clerical experience, secretarial experience, advanced training or college-level study.
- Ability to record and maintain data in multiple formats.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Effective client service skills.
- Ability to learn to manipulate multiple and complex mainframe screens and maintain records on several different Web based systems such as REGIS, EGCS, ODA, Official Transcripts system, electronic transcripts system and all registration related systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with academic records.
