We are looking for a Program Control Manager to join our team in supporting Intrepid Corporate. The Program Control Analyst Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of analysts who monitor and control program costs, schedules, and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets. They provide financial decision support, oversee financial reporting, and collaborate with other departments to maintain program integrity. Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills and have a firm understanding of cost pools and their application to budgets. Your day-to-day work will include: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of program control analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, semiannual, and annual financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for all types of contracts (CPFF, T&M, FFP). Monitor and manage program costs and schedules, identifying potential issues and developing corrective action. Work closely with the contracts team to secure funding and identify potential risks. Ensure compliance with EVM standards, maintain cost/schedule integration, and utilize EVM tools for performance monitoring. Develop and maintain financial plans, including spend plans, ROMS, forecast budgets, and estimates to complete (ETC) Identify and analyze program risks, collaborating with program managers and contracts to develop and implement mitigation plans. Communicate program financial status to various stakeholders, including management, project managers, and other departments. Identify opportunities for improvement in program control processes and systems. Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and industry standards. Other duties as assigned. At a minimum, you should have: Firsthand knowledge of Intrepid, an SPA Company, policies and procedures. Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. Must be able to motivate, train, and manage a team of several PCAs. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with program managers, management, and other stakeholders. Should be able to work with different personalities and have conflict management skills. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint and Focus Point. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of program management methodologies, EVMS standards, and relevant government regulations.
