Program Business Operations Support Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI has an immediate opening for a Program Business Operations Support Specialist in support of our mission critical client in Annapolis Junction, MD. This position will require the successful candidate to obtain and retain a TS/SCI with Poly. The Opportunity: The Program Business Operations Support Specialist (Staffing Liaison), in conjunction with the PM, is responsible for the identification, onboarding, and maintenance of staff who meet the technical and security clearance requirements for the contract. Given the intense nature of managing personnel in this highly competitive environment, this role ensures an engaged staff management process from a personnel's start date through execution on PETITEPEPPER. The Staffing Liaison captures and reviews openings across the PETITEPEPPER contract, works with recruiters to identify potential candidates for hire, reviews staffing allocation across the contract to enable repositioning of staff where appropriate, prepares profiles for LCAT compliance, coordinates security processing and Electronic Contractor Position Roster Log (eCPRL) additions, and prepares staff for Day 1 start activities. Responsibilities: Manage program staffing to ensure personnel have the appropriate security clearances, degrees/certifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and capabilities so the contractor can fully meet the requirements stated in the Tasks
Provide resume formatting and submission (CDRL A009)
Maintain the list of personnel (CDRL A013)
Ensure personnel assigned to work on the Tasks will be available to begin work IAW staffing guidelines in the SOW
Ensure candidate resumes meet the LCAT requirements using CACI's Labor Category Verification (LCV) system and the Government's resume review process, as required
Manage program staffing and coordination with CACI PM
Assist with travel arrangements as needed. Qualifications: Required: Seven (7) years of experience in program or project support with staffing and logistics management in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional Program/Project Staffing or Logistics Management experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree with Associates Degree. Desired: TS/SCI with Poly desired.
