Job Title: Program Architect (Salesforce Program Architect)

Job Location: Raleigh, North Carolina


Key Responsibilities


Solution Design

Develop and document Salesforce architectures that align with business requirements and strategic goals

Create prototypes and test cases to validate the architectures functionality and performance

Map business processes and requirements to Salesforce capabilities

Ensure solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards

Technical Leadership

Lead technical design sessions and collaborate with cross functional teams' developers' business analysts etc

Guide and mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards

Oversee the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and integrations

Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design patterns

Data Modeling and Management

Design and develop data models that support business processes and reporting requirements

Manage data migration sharing and security

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks

Troubleshoot complex Salesforce implementations and integrations

Communication and Collaboration

Communicate technical solutions and design decisions to stakeholders

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet their expectations

Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations

Pre Sales Activities

Participate in discovery and technical deep dive sessions with potential clients

Develop Proof of Concept POC solutions

Other Responsibilities

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices

Contribute to the development of Salesforce architectural standards and guidelines

Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role
