For more detailed information on our Benefits and what it is like to work for Amentum: please visit our careers site: The Program Analyst supports internal communication, organizational coordination, and staff engagement initiatives across Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). This role helps ensure effective information flow, alignment with leadership priorities, and broad workforce awareness of key initiatives, events, and updates. Responsibilities: Support internal communications across PEO IWS through announcements, digital content, briefings, and executive messaging. Manage and maintain the PEO IWS SharePoint Hub, coordinating with developers to ensure content accuracy, usability, and functionality. Assist in planning and delivering All Hands meetings, staff awards, enterprise events, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate internal calendars and maintain awareness of key organizational events and milestones. Develop presentations, talking points, and background materials for senior leadership engagements. Support content creation and editing for internal documents, including memos, reports, SOPs, and award nominations. Track and report on organizational action items, directives, and leadership tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Chief Digital Officer, to enhance internal communication tools and platforms (e.g., Flank Speed). Provide direct support to the Program Executive Officer (O-7) and Executive Director on special projects and high-priority communications. Assist the Public Affairs Officer with internal and external messaging, including congressional QFRs and RFI responses. Contribute to a strong internal communication strategy and foster a transparent, collaborative, and informed workforce culture. Minimum Requirements: Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance. Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering (or related field) AND 7+ years of experience in program management or engineering. (In Lieu of degree, High School diploma and 11 years of professional experience in program management or engineering) Knowledge of program management principles and practices, including scheduling, risk management, and performance measurement. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and develop insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Desired Qualifications: Experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or congressional/organizational communications. Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills. Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of event planning, internal coordination, and military protocol is a plus.
