Contingent on Contract Award Expected in June 2025 Amentum is seeking several talented and experienced Program Analysts in anticipation of contract award to support the Guided Missile Frigate (FFG) Program Office (PMS 515) with professional support services in the program management areas associated with acquisition and program management, business and financial management, and configuration management for ship construction. PMS 515, under the cognizance of the Program Executive office (PEO) Unmanned and Small Combatants (USC), designs, procures and builds the Navy's next class of multi-mission Small Surface Combatants. The Constellation Class, a class of Guided Missile Frigate named for FFG-62 USS Constellation, will deliver the capabilities needed to support a range of fleet operations. Hiring Salary Range: Program Analyst (Mid): $100,000 - $160,000 Program Analyst (Senior): $130,000 - $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Define the nature and extent of problems. Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. Develop solutions to problems. In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture. Prepare and solve mathematical models. Report findings and recommendations to the Government. (Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.) Program Analyst (Mid) Minimum Requirements: Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance. Bachelor's degree in any field. 7 years' professional experience in program/project management and shipbuilding. Experience communicating with mid-to-high level personnel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP). 10 years professional experience in program/project management and shipbuilding. DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process). Experience communicating with Flag Level Personnel. Program Analyst (Senior) Minimum Requirements: Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance. Bachelor's degree in any field. 15 years' professional experience in program/project management and shipbuilding. Experience communicating with mid-to-high level personnel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III Program Management. 20 years professional experience in program/project management and shipbuilding.
