Program Analyst with Security Clearance

Insight Global is actively hiring a Program Analyst to join our team supporting an HDQA Program out of the Pentagon. The selected candidate will work as a a Program Analyst responsible for evaluating and documenting Army readiness plans in such areas as Cyber Operations manning and budget; emerging technologies and how they may effect Cyber posture; performing policy reviews and making recommendations to leadership, and perform basic financial and operations oversight and management. Candidates should have an understanding of Major Army Commands and nderstand how the Army runs in the current operating environment, and understand the force integration functional areas including: structuring, manning, equipping, training, sustaining, funding, deploying, stationing, and readiness; and, the requirements and acquisition process to provide a trained and ready force for the Combatant Commanders Minimum Job requirements include: - Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelors Degree and 10+ years experience in a Operations or Program Analyst type role. - Understand how the Army runs in the current operating environment, and understand the force integration functional areas including: structuring, manning, equipping, training, sustaining, funding, deploying, stationing, and readiness; and, the requirements and acquisition process to provide a trained and ready force for the Combatant Commanders - Experience and knowledge of the DoD budget process and the PPBE system used within the DoD. Knowledge shall include information provided in AR 1-1 (Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution) and DoD 7000.14-R (Financial Management Regulation). - Experience and knowledge of Army and OSD financial databases to include Army PPBE Data Warehouse (cPROBE), Select and Native Programming Database (SNaP-IT), DOD Resource Data Warehouse (DRDW)
