Title: Program Analyst Location: Arlington, VA (onsite) Duration: Multi-year contract Start date: June Clearance: Secret clearance Salary: Please provide your salary requirement Work hours: Monday through Friday except on federal holidays Opening: 1 This position is for a proposal with the Army National Guard Bureau (new program). We expect the award around the June timeframe with positions to start soon after. Required Experience: Minimum 4 years total experience with 2+ years within DoD environments 3+ years working with ARNG roles, missions, and Army strategic guidance 3+ years supporting the PPBE process in military organizations 2+ years developing briefings and presentations for senior leadership 2+ years maintaining SharePoint sites and security compliance 2+ years creating training materials and system documentation 2+ years facilitating planning forums and cross-departmental coordination 2+ years managing complex organizational calendars 3+ years compiling comprehensive reports on organizational activities 2+ years coordinating across military staffs for product development Required Technical Skills: 3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 2+ years knowledge of SharePoint site management 1+ years experience with visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) 3+ years understanding of military planning and budgeting systems Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 4 years of experience, with 2 years within DoD Secret Security Clearance Required Required Certifications: None specifically required Preferred Certifications: Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Microsoft Office Specialist certification Security Requirements: Secret Security Clearance required Compliance with DoD, FedRAMP, and NIST security standards Demonstrated experience with AT/OPSEC requirements including: AT Level 1 training completion Successfully passing background checks for installation access Experience with security awareness training programs Proven ability properly handling sensitive information Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated collegiate-level writing skills Proven ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts Experience working within military organizational structures Track record of effective interaction with stakeholders at various levels History of timely and accurate reporting and documentation Work Environment: Place of Performance: Army National Guard Bureau, 111 S George Mason Dr, Arlington, VA 22204 Hours: Monday through Friday except on federal holidays Telework/remote work available as specified for certain positions Similar Job Titles: Program Management Specialist Military Program Coordinator Requirements Analyst PPBE Specialist Military Budget Analyst Number of Positions: 1 (on-site at DAG-R) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement.
