On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Navy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SME, stakeholders, and project leads. You will perform general action officer duties supporting program management, acquisition, legislative, and public affairs functions. You'll prepare and review Flag and Senior Executive Service ( SES ) level program briefs and corresp ond ence for general and Congressional information, action memos, issue papers, and responses to requests for information. You'll coordinate staffing packages for signature or approval and stakeholder coordination. You'll review and provide comments on program- related artifacts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and guidance, and c ond uct initial technical and security reviews for public release. You'll maintain a Front Office Task Management tracker and monitor various communication channels for recurring and emerging data calls and requests for information. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 5+ years of experience with a Program Management Office ( PMO ) supporting the Acquisition Category ( ACAT ) or Business Category ( BCAT ) program
Experience writing, editing, and reviewing various corresp ond ence, publications, and written materials such as Congressional corresp ond ence, Reports to Congress, Information and Action memos, and Requests for Information
Experience with Task Management Systems such as the DoD Corresp ond ence and Task Management System ( CATSM ) or Enterprise Task Management Sof tware Solution ( ETMS2 ) Experience with the congressional enactment process, including budget resolution, authorization, and appropriation, Congressional Appeals, Program Objective Memorandum ( POM ) Program Review, President's Budget ( PB ) Congressional Staffer and Program Briefs, and Requests for Information
Experience with Micro sof t Office 365
Knowledge of Defense Acquisition System processes, including JCIDS, PPBE, and AAF Pathways
Knowledge of DoD and DON corresp ond ence guidance and issuances
Ability to write briefings and decision memorandum
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with the DoD and DON publication and security review process
Experience working as a Congressional Staffer or DoD and Navy Office of Legislative Affairs staff
Experience with Agile methodologies, data methodologies, or Power BI
Experience with the Defense Acquisition Visibility Environment ( DAVE ) and Assistant Secretary of the Navy for the Research, Development, and Acquisition ( RD & A ) Information System ( RDAIS ) , Advana, or DON Jupiter Knowledge of Congressional reporting requirements

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
