Position: Program Analyst - Presidential Support Program (PSP) - Journeyman
Location: Pentagon, D.C. (Telework eligible)
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: BA/BS degree (or AA/AS plus an additional 4 years of work-related experience) Outcomes: The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes in the first year on the position: Include Gemini performance related standard outcomes in addition to these program specific outcomes:
• Formally track all tasks, to include: assigned by, suspense, status, and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.

• Develop digital continuity folders and files that include standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists to accomplish all tasks.

• Create 2-3 products beyond the client's requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.

• Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days. Responsibilities: The Program Analyst- Presidential Support Program supports the Secretary of the Air Force - Office of Competition (SAF/OC). Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• DCSA DOD CAF Adjudicator Coordinator Functions

• Provide Publications Management and Internal Office Administrative Workflow Management

• Facilitates daily executive support to the DAF Presidential Support Program

• Enables Policy Program Managers to focus on the time intensive task of developing, coordinating, and staffing Department of the Air Force publications.

• Nominates intake, download, quality check, prioritize, and support documentation requests and tracking.
• Updates SharePoint list to provide live status updates to PSAs.

• Provide Quarterly Reports to OSD.

• Password-protect, document, and provide passwords to subjects.
• Transmit PSD Non-Select, NS Responses & RFIs to PSA POC.

• Monitors & enforces timelines established in DoDI 5210.87.

• Monitors SAF/AAZE/PSP Organizational Email Box

• Tracks all on internal excel trackers, provides processing metrics weekly. Qualifications: The candidate must have the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience
• Of those 5 years at least 4 years supporting a DoD Component.

• Experience in providing PSP or equivalent Executive Support to the DoD

• Experience in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint

• Knowledge of the PSP (Presidential Support Program) or equivalent Sr. Staff
• Excellent Organizational Skills The following qualifications are desired:
• Experience in the Intelligence Community within the DOD.

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
