Mission: Quantum is seeking a
Program Analyst to support the Management Support Office, Program Executive Office Missiles & Space. The APEO Business Management Office Serves as the principal business and resource management advisor to the PEO for all Missile and Space programs, budgets and financial planning; program execution, to include within threshold reprogramming; procurement and contract management; program management; human resource management; review and cost analysis Within the APEO BM Office, is the Knowledge Management office. The Knowledge management office is responsible for the process of enabling knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning, and decision making (FM 6-0). Knowledge flow is the ease of movement of knowledge in organizations. Knowledge management uses a five-step process to create shared understanding. They are also responsible for the training of the PEO MS workforce.
Responsibilities: - Duties include: planning and executing a variety of training and instructional coursework for the workforce on a wide variety of topics including interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, leadership development, technical training needs for logistics, engineering, and program management.
- Coordinate with training vendors setting up venues and dates for training events, managing in-house developed training learning management system of course registrants and waiting listed employees
- Provide briefings, data analytics, reporting requirements to the senior organizational leadership on a variety of training and educational needs of the organization including mandatory training tracking and acquisition workforce training needs.
- Assist with coordination and set-up of organization wide training events and scheduling and IT and technical support for these live events and events offered remotely through MS Teams and other virtual facilitation tools.
- Assist with the set-up of classroom preparation for various training events, coordinate with attendees of training and instructors of reminders and due-outs both pre- and post the course events.
- Scheduling and booking conference rooms for meetings associated with the New Employee Orientation and other training or orientation events, coordinating special events, and meetings as requested, prepare and review communications correspondence for release to the organization to ensure accurate content and context of content is appropriate for the audience.
- Submit and create taskings in the organization tasking system for various developmental and schooling temporary assignments and honorary detail assignment for publication to the organization. Assist with technical set-up and support of equipment for the organization's training needs.
- Maintain organizational learning management and training databases to include removal or detachment of departed personnel, addition of new personnel to the required training systems and data maintenance as needed to maintain a current database.
- Will provide program support functions as directed by the Training Management Division.
- Will coordinate, assistance, and support with potential occasional attendance at recruiting events and other military ROTC or training expo events to support the Training and Talent Management Program.
- Will prepare and maintain briefings, spreadsheets, and schedules of training offerings for the organization. Will coordinate and track external inquiries, suspense, and action items as needed that support taskings or other calls for data from talent management and training lines of effort.
- Travel can be upwards of 10-15%, depending on GOVT leads and required continued certifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - High School Diploma and 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred in Education, Organizational Mngt, Management Information Systems, or similar field is preferred.
- The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain secret clearance.
- Must have extensive experience in MS Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Federal Civilian Training and Tasking Databases is preferred such as TED, CAPPMIS, ATAARS, and SACO.
- The applicant should be comfortable working with personnel in executive level positions, be able to multitask, be flexible, and thrive in a high pace environment.
