Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Directorate of Force Assessment and Certification (N04A) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

Duties
• You will prepare reports, conduct analysis and present briefings on various aspects of unit assessments and certifications.
• You will make oral presentations before groups, including senior leadership.
• You will prepare briefing papers, reports, and correspondence relating to assessments and certifications.
• You will monitor/utilize database software on NIPR/SIPR portals.
• You will support the review and promulgation of quarterly readiness manual reviews and updates. Requirements

• Relocation expenses (i.e. PCS) may be authorized in accordance with applicable travel regulations.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
• Experience using computerized systems, Microsoft Office and other PC automated programs, processes, functions and principles of management, methods and functions in support of ship programs.
• Experience completing reports, conducting analysis and presenting briefings on various aspects of unit assessments and certifications.
• Experience preparing briefing papers, power point presentations, and correspondence on major issues.
• Experience monitoring/utilizing database software used on NIPR/SIPR web pages (portal).
• Experience with reviewing and promulgation of policy supporting Assessments and Certifications.
