Job Summary:
The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (Program Analyst), under the direction of the Executive Director and Staff Services Manager II, performs the most complex analytical tasks relating to the SSC. The Program Analyst performs a broad range of advanced journey-level analytical tasks relating to financial, programmatic, and administrative requirements supporting the SSC.
The Program Analyst works under strict regulatory and administrative deadlines and acts with independence to maintain a routine workload and respond to short term special projects and priority assignments. The Program Analyst will assist with formulating policies, procedures, drafting grant document and managing grant awards, conducting/overseeing research projects and makes recommendations on program related issues, and advises management on potential program alternatives and impacts.
