Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a rapidly growing management and social sciences consulting firm based in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Program Analyst in the government contracting space with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Head Start Customer Service Support with the planning, development, and implementation of a variety of initiatives and tasks that align with the agency's mission and goals. This position works closely with senior staff members in the analysis and data collection and utilization in the development of business project work.
Job Responsibilities/Duties: - Assists with logical analyses on programs and procedures
- Supports comprehensive analyses of business application concepts and designs.
- Compiles, analyzes, and evaluates customer and/or contractor generated source data.
- Responsible for assisting in the development of project plans, guidelines, and controls.
Qualifications: - B.A. or B.S. degree with at least 4 years' experience performing management (program) analysis.
- Knowledge of Head Start and Early Head Start program and early childhood education initiatives.
