The Program Administrator is responsible for coordinating internal and external communications related to the manufacturing and delivery of aircraft seating products. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical management and communication skills to effectively address customer needs, oversee project timelines, and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to acquire accurate production schedules.
- Communicate regularly with external customers to coordinate product inspections.
- Compile and communicate regular reports on status updates.
- Coordinate all aspects of pre-shipment documentation.
- Document status and effectively act on opening meetings topics with the internal team.
- Ensure team performs all follow-up shipment documentation.
- Maintain a safe, secure working environment by understanding all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality of the company's information while performing daily tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
