Echelon Services is seeking a Program Administrator to support our Enterprise Security Services organization. The position will be remote within the United States. Job Function The Program Administrator will support the Physical and Electronic Security System division to ensure that all obligations under the multiple ESS contracts are fulfilled. This includes the following requirements:
• Analyze the customer's work order spreadsheet and work with internal Echelon resources, the customer, and vendors to promptly address work orders. Ensure the work order spreadsheet is up-to-date with the latest status;
• Research and secure local vendors who can provide required services at customer locations
• Coordinate with our subcontractor(s) to maintain and manage the nationwide Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule for customer sites. This includes interfacing with the subcontractor(s) and the customer to schedule PM visits;
• Produce project schedules and maintain up-to-date status;
• Work with Echelon accounting staff to ensure that invoices are charged to the appropriate contract line items and paid in a timely fashion;
• Interface/coordinate with customer representatives to ensure that project requirements are met;
• Interface/coordinate with partner and subcontractor staff to ensure that project requirements are met;
• Create and track purchase orders to ensure invoices are validated and submitted to the accounting person for payment Requirements At least two (2) years of related experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Education A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Clearance An active secret clearance is preferred, but must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform sedentary work, primarily sitting at a desk for extended periods with frequent breaks, while utilizing a computer keyboard and mouse for repetitive hand movements. Work Location Candidates residing within 50 miles of Manassas will be required to work a 2 day a week hybrid schedule (3 remote), and those 50 miles or farther will need to come into the Manassas office once per quarter. Salary at Echelon Services is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Echelon's total compensation package for employees.
