Program Administrator

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Housing and Supportive Services, the Cal-AIM Program Administrator manages all aspects of the Cal-AIM initiative. The role emphasizes delivering Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services aligned with Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) guidelines and trauma-informed care principles. Responsibilities include program strategy, development, supervision, cross-departmental collaboration, and community partnerships to achieve high-quality service delivery for individuals with complex health and social needs.
