Reporting to the Executive Director and periodically, the Director of Operations and Corporate Programs, this position will play a critical role in the administration of numerous client-facing programs. The Browne Center's corporate programs are a core pillar of its business and high attention to detail managing complex programs is important for client and staff experience.
Corporate Program Coordinator Responsibilities: - Provide first-line response to potential corporate client inquiries via professional emails and/or phone calls.
- Support Corporate Program Director with scheduling client meetings.
- Provide support to Corporate Program Director and Lead Facilitators for sourcing and preparing materials for large-scale (100 - 300 person) programs, many of which occur off-site and require logistical support.
- Administration of various assessments (such as DiSC, Leadership Practices Inventory, Belbin Team roles, etc.). This includes adding client emails to assessment platform, managing assessment results, printing reports, as needed, etc.
- Support facilitators with expense reimbursements for travel, materials, etc.
- Under the direction of the Corporate Program Director, prepare facilitator contracts outlining scope of work and payment and distribute to facilitators.
