State Fund Legal is looking for an Associate Government Program Analyst to join the Legal Administration Team. Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager II, the Program Administrative Analyst is responsible for a variety of Legal Administration functions and supporting the Legal Program.

As a successful candidate, you should:

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance and communication availability during working hours
  • Provide support to Legal Management
  • Coordinate Travel and process expenses
  • Work cooperatively with Assistant Chief Counsels on various projects and initiatives
  • Assist with data management, retrieval, and analysis
  • Provide support on the hiring process
  • Assist with budget planning
  • Process licensing payments with the California State Bar and other misc vendors.
  • Coordinate various Conferences and Trainings for Attorneys and Support Staff.
Position can be filled in: Kern, Fresno, Los Angeles, Ventura, Alameda, Shasta, Riverside, Sonoma, Sacramento, Monterey, San Diego, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, Santa Ana, and San Joaquin county.

Working Conditions
