Professional Services Engineer, SQL and Linux - Cambridge MA
Our client is an AI pioneer in the medical field, providing fast and accurate diagnoses by teaching computers to read and analyze medical imaging data.
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing product deployments and partner integrations by leading efforts both internally and externally, in pre-sales and post-sales phases. This is an on-site position based in Cambridge, MA, with approximately 20% travel nationwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, visualization, and Linux OS.
- Proven track record of working on B2B projects, directly with customers-both in-person and remotely-in the medical industry.
- Experience managing customer deployment and integration projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect, convey, and follow up on customer feedback to improve offerings.
- Provide quick and effective support for customers.
- Translate business needs and timelines into clear action plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact within customer organizations.
- Design and implement technical plans for remote product deployment.
- Collaborate with radiologists, IT personnel, and business development managers to meet collective goals within defined timelines.
- Work closely with product owners to transfer knowledge and customer requirements across the company.
- Guide ongoing development efforts with tactical directions.
- Troubleshoot products and identify applicable workarounds.
- Provide Tier 1 support.
