PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR Responsibilities: - Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Collect and analyze data using various surveying instruments and equipment
- Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, and sketches
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and ArcGIS to process survey data and create maps
- Work with Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) for their professional development
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to provide accurate survey information for project planning and design
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to land surveying
Skills: - 8+ years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in data collection techniques and surveying methods
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with software applications such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, ArcGIS, Revit, and Carlson
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
