Credence has an immediate need for an Professional Graphics and Publication Support Manager in support of the Air Force Research Lab Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. AFRL/RY's mission is to lead the discovery and development of future capabilities providing integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), combat identification, and spectrum warfare effects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide expert advice and counsel to the MINSEC/Directorate's leadership on the most effective avenues for disseminating branding, marketing, and communication information pertaining to the Directorate and its technical successes. Interact one-on-one with the MINSEC/Directorate's leadership, scientists, and engineers to analyze and interpret customer needs, to produce, as required, both visual and written communication products wherein complex concepts are translated into materials tailored to a specific audience or easily understood by the general population. Such products include brochures, displays, videos, photography, murals, award packages, event programs, fact sheets, news releases, and visitor guides. Work in conjunction with other organizations such as the Wright Site Display Production Facility to coordinate the printing, mounting, and creation of display elements, as well as to create exhibit designs, and fulfill logistics and shipping arrangements, as required, in support of the MINSEC/Directorate's corporate marketing, advertising and communications function. Create/produce graphics photographs, and pictorials for publications in all industry standard formats. Responsible for the overall coordination, planning and management of the graphics portion of the Directorate's Annual Awards Program to include the primary multi-media presentation, ceremony program and emcee script. In support of the directorate's 148 ft. History Wall mural display, the contractor shall graphically design "factoids" depicting significant technical and programmatic achievements for display along the wall. Combine a written accomplishment with an appropriate historical picture helping to convey the significant accomplishment. Design and produce the final product and ensure it is prominently displayed on the history wall. Maintain the building 620 video displays with requested and self-generated artwork and video content reflecting customer-relevant events, announcements, general morale oriented and historical materials. Design displays for Directorate related conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings such as: Combat Identification Systems Conference, Automated Aerial Vehicle Competition, National Fire Control Symposium, Joint Navigation Conference, and AFRL Corporate events. Design the layout for exhibit booths. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance MS/MA and twelve years of relevant experience or Bachelors Degree and sixteen years of relevant experience or Twenty-two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Please join us, as together we build a better world one mission at a time powered by Technology and its People.
