Credence has an immediate need for an Professional Graphics and Publication Support Manager in support of the Air Force Research Lab Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. AFRL/RY's mission is to lead the discovery and development of future capabilities providing integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), combat identification, and spectrum warfare effects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Track IPT staffing and prepare organizational charts; perform data entry functions, including Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) and Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS); integrate information into required reports; generate and maintain training requirements, files, forms, and established file plans (both paper and electronic); process mail (including receiving, signing for, and distributing both classified and unclassified mail, as well as accessing, storing, and handling classified material as necessary); prepare correspondence according to standard government formats (both classified and unclassified); manage and operate facsimile, printing, and copying equipment; order supplies and equipment. Comply with established security instructions and manuals relevant to accepting, sorting, delivering, handling, and safeguarding classified material. Assist in utilizing USAF standard desktop-based computers and operating systems to create databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and other specialized products; facilitate the use of standardized automated forms such as travel orders (including Defense Travel System (DTS , performance reports (including Clarity PPM), materials procurement, maintenance, and disposition, as well as other periodic or ad hoc reports. Support the writing of end-of-week reports, monthly activity reports, bi-monthly ISR reports. Plan, prepare, edit, create, and publish finished products, such as program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and other presentations in the required media and format (technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified). Provide support in processing and handling work effort reports, including the processes of the Department of Defense Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) office and the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), as well as retiring folders and documents. Assist in executing the responsibilities of the Record Custodian (RC), including establishing and maintaining master files (both paper and electronic) and file plans of program data (both classified and unclassified) to facilitate issue tracking and resolution associated with operations. Additionally, maintain government-approved research and development case files, ensuring non-disclosure agreements are upheld for all contractors with active contracts within the division. Aid in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of organizational Operating Instructions (OIs), including the creation and upkeep of Self-Inspection checklists. Support the verification of checklists against current administrative and organizational processes and assist in maintaining a tracking system for identifying and correcting deficiencies. Assist with ordering office supplies through inventory management, gathering requests for supplies, and preparing and itemizing various lists for supplies and equipment to be ordered and purchased by the Government office to enable mission fulfillment. Serve as the initial focal point for collecting and visually displaying materials for staff meetings and office-organized information exchange meetings.
