Description

Lead the full employee lifecycle including integration, performance evaluation, compensation, and retention strategies. Act as the primary contact for onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, employee leaves, and employee relations issues.

Profile

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in professional development, talent management, or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience at a law firm is preferred, along with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Job Offer
