Job Title: Production Worker (Kitchen) Job Description As a Production Worker in our kitchen, you will be responsible for wrapping, grinding, and packing meat. Your role will also include shaving or washing animal meat when necessary, inspecting meat products, and grinding meat for sausages and luncheon meats. The primary focus will be on packaging and ensuring that meats are correctly positioned for sealing by machine.
Responsibilities - Load materials and products into package-processing equipment.
- Measure, weigh, and count product materials.
- Move or lift heavy objects.
- Load, unload, or stack products or materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Sort manufacturing materials or products.
- Operate packaging machine equipment.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on forms and records.
Essential Skills - Experience as a general laborer or production worker.
- Skills in packaging and packing.
- Familiarity with production line and assembly line work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Previous production experience is preferred.

Work Environment The work takes place in a bustling environment with 20 to 30 people working on a line for packing and packaging. You will be integrated into the line, working efficiently alongside your team. The shift runs from 5:15 am to 1:45 pm.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAN FRANCISCO, California.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.67 - $18.67/hr.
