Our Information Technology team is looking for a Production Support Analyst to join their team. This role supports the production process by troubleshooting client issues, managing incidents, and collaborating with project managers, QA, and software engineers to resolve workflow disruptions and escalate as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Provide day-to-day operational support, issue resolution, and monitoring for clients and business units; proactively identify problems and recommend solutions
- Formulate and define the scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution
- Partner with development and production support teams to prioritize bug fixes and tooling requirements
- Review daily production reports, resolve identified issues, and communicate task/ticket statuses and issues to clients and team members
- Analyze existing software solutions and processes to gain experience and improve efficiency
- Use SQL to analyze and track resolutions or issues in data discrepancies, participate in releases from development to testing, and deploy into production, while gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders and the development team
- Assess risks when business decisions are made, considering the firm's reputation and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
- Utilize the Azure DevOps (SaaS) platform to perform deployments, releases, monitoring, and investigations in support of UAT/Prod environments
- Support and conduct CI/CD operations within Azure Cloud and on-premise architecture for UAT/Prod environments
- Perform other duties and tasks as required and assigned
Experience and Skills - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis or project coordinator role, with knowledge and experience in Financial Services operations and intermediate knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB databases and queries
- Exposure to Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or other ticketing/documentation systems, and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience documenting workflow processes using process-flow or activity diagrams
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools such as Jenkins, Azure (SaaS), Postman, GitHub, TFS, and SonarQube
- Exposure to Agile SCRUM/Kanban software development methodology (preferred) and IT Service Management (ITSM), specifically Change Management and Incident Management
- Ability to automate manual processes using PowerShell, Batch, Bash, Python, or similar coding languages, with intermediate knowledge of monitoring methodologies, specifically ITRS Geneos (preferred)
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Kubernetes API Gateways, Ingress Controllers, and Azure Architecture
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency, while demonstrating advanced execution capabilities and flexibility in adjusting to changes and re-prioritization

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,600 to $120,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
