Production Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow in a designated area. This dynamic leader will engage, guide, and develop team members to achieve organizational goals while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a motivated team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure workplace.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement activities to meet departmental objectives.
- Uphold quality standards and support organizational benchmarks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Manage staffing through recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, with experience in lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Epicor) is advantageous.
