Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow in a designated area. This dynamic leader will engage, guide, and develop team members to achieve organizational goals while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coach a motivated team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure workplace.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement activities to meet departmental objectives.
  • Uphold quality standards and support organizational benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Manage staffing through recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, with experience in lean manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Epicor) is advantageous.
