We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the assembly line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring that products are assembled correctly using hand tools and power tools.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output rates, quality control measures, and inventory levels.
Operate forklifts as needed to facilitate the movement of materials within the manufacturing facility.
Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility or factory environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance improvements.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of production management.
