Production Supervisor

Position Summary:

• Supervises and coordinates teams of operators in manufacturing and testing electronic and electro-mechanical products/systems.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Preferred certifications: Electronic Component ID, IPC 610, J-STD-001.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ESD practices.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in circuit card assembly (defense/aerospace preferred).
• Familiar with standard/metric measurement systems.
• Ability to read customer drawings and internal documents.
• Proficient in using computers for email, documents, spreadsheets, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production employees and workflow.
• Provide direction, feedback, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage stock and supply levels per production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines.
• Adjust work procedures to align with production goals.
• Recommend and implement improvements in methods, equipment, and quality.
• Address and resolve work-related issues.
• Maintain time and production records.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
• Security investigations may be required for classified access.
• Employment contingent on background check and drug screening.
• Must be a U.S. Person (per ITAR regulations).

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shifts (Monday-Friday)
