Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing processes of solar panels. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, a passion for renewable energy, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. This role involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the solar panel production line. Pay Ranges: $20 p/h-$25p/h Largo, FL Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the solar panel production line, ensuring production goals for quantity, quality, and timelines are met. Coordinate workforce planning, including scheduling, task assignments, and monitoring labor needs. Monitor and maintain optimal performance of manufacturing equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance as needed. Ensure all production activities align with company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers to achieve peak performance. Conduct training sessions for staff on equipment use, production techniques, and safety protocols. Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2-5 years in a production supervisor role, ideally in solar panel manufacturing or renewable energy. Familiarity with solar panel manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to manage and inspire teams effectively. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced production environment. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot production challenges. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives. Working Conditions Primarily based on the production floor with occasional office work. Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
