Night Shift Production Supervisor
Are you someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for a dependable and motivated Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in beautiful Perham, MN.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality standards are met, production stays on schedule, and employees are well-trained, supported, and operating safely. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Compensation & Benefits:
•   Wage: $24 - $28 per hour

•   Tuition Assistance Your Responsibilities Will Include:
•   Leading pre-shift meetings and communicating production goals
•   Providing visible leadership and on-the-floor support
•   Driving continuous improvement in efficiency, manpower, and quality
•   Managing employee performance, evaluations, hiring, and corrective actions
•   Monitoring and adjusting production schedules and KPIs
•   Ensuring accurate time tracking and attendance reporting
•   Supporting plant safety, audits, and inspections
•   Coordinating with other departments to maintain clear communication across shifts Qualifications:
•   Associate Degree or equivalent experience
•   Supervisory experience (especially in manufacturing or food/confectionery environments preferred)
•   Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
•   Basic computer proficiency
•   Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
