Salary $65,000 - $80,000 + Great Benefits

You must have a background of experience in Manufacturing.

You will create production schedules, report on production, promote safe work habits, maintain time records, and work with all departments to ensure production deadlines are met. Success as a supervisor ensures your chance to be promoted as the facility continues to expand.

Minium requirements for this Production Supervisor position:
Associates degree or higher
At least 5 years of previous leadership skills in Manufacturing
Ability to lead teams of 15+ team members
Strong focus on employee safety
Must be able to work on a rotating shift.
